Our History
BAReN was founded on 19 November 2021 by a group of young Africans determined to contribute to sustainable development and environmental protection. Recognizing gaps in biodiversity, agriculture, and energy sectors, the founding members came together to define areas of engagement that respond to real community and ecosystem challenges.
Since its inception, BAReN has implemented and participated in multiple initiatives alongside partners, focusing on biodiversity conservation, community capacity building, climate resilience, and sustainable natural resource management.
